This is me. One step at a time in my quest to lose some weight. I’m not dieting though, just being more conscious about what I eat everyday, and trying to be more active. It shouldn’t be too difficult, but I do love food (as you can see on my blog), so I’m taking it one step at a time. Or currently, two steps I guess because I gave myself two rules. No eating after 8pm and no dessert. Here’s to success!
