The #4 thing I checked off my bucket list is to take a cooking class. My friend Morgan and I took a pasta making class through Sur La Table in Seattle last year. We learned how to make three different types of pasta sauces, as well as make our own noodles in three different types as well. We handmade the noodles, doing both a normal flavor and mushroom. To this day, I still think the pasta we made was the best I’ve ever had. It was a 3 hour class, and for some reason 6 people didn’t show so it was us and 2 other people and the teacher. A private cooking class! I learned so much, and we got to eat the pasta after. YUM! Definitely something I want to try again!
