Grilled Cheese Month

April is Grilled Cheese Month aka the month celebrating the best food ever. I just discovered a website called Grilled Cheese Academy and discovered the most delicious recipes, like this one: “The Bardot” with Wisconsin brie, brown sugar roasted pork belly, candied walnuts, and Bosc pears on French sourdough bread generously smothered in onion and fig spread, or “The Sergeant Pepper:”  with Wisconsin Pepper Jack and Cheddar Cheese, roasted cauliflower, and caramelized onions. NOM NOM NOM.
